Site Owner Updatable Pages (SOUP)!

The site owner can have the freedom of making changes in these pages at any time, at their will, without having to wait for site designer (hey, that's me!) or worry about maintenance cost.

Latest information about the site can be updated by the site owners thru browser without referring the codings. This can be done using a WYSIWYG editor. Specific page or part of the page is created separately as editable. A control panel is provided for the site owners. After logging in, the required part is changed by the owner in the browser window and saved.

No database is used. The URL will be simple as http://www.yourcompanyname.com/specials.php. Helps in the easy index of Search Engines as the URL is not dynamic.

A site can have as many SOUP-pages as required. All of them are listed in the Control Panel and can be modified any number of times. This solution runs in PHP. All Linux servers have PHP. Now-a-days, many Windows based web servers also support PHP. However, if PHP is not available, the same can be modified to ASP for a little extra.

Further modification can be done in Editor with Word-like features.
