Often for a small or one-man business, the changes required at their site are minimal in a year (or even in a few years!). There may be a necessity to add info on a recently finished project, new developments in their company etc. At it needs were changing content in 1 or 2 pages.

If all your website updates require changing just the content in 1 or 2 pages at the most. You can edit these pages yourself - directly on the page, instead of paying monthly maintenance. You can edit as often as you want.
